At Elevation Student Living, we do not have breed restrictions and welcome pets to make this their home too! Convenient pet washing station for those muddy adventures and leash-free Pawtopia park for some outdoor exercise. A great place to meet doggy friends. Bring your fur baby to the leasing office for a belly rub and a treat!

Pet Policy:

No breed restrictions! No weight limit! Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.
Animals must have current license, current vaccines for rabies and any other county specific vaccines.
